Webinar under the Theme: Enabling policies and institutional frameworks for delivery of rural WASH will take place on Wednesday, 15 May 2019 from 09h00 – 11h00 GMT & Abidjan; 12h00 – 14h00 in Nairobi; 11h00 – 13h00 in Harare & Pretoria.
The webinar will cast a spotlight on institutional frameworks, arrangements and policies required to (i) achieve effective (intra and inter-sectoral) coordination of actions towards the realization of the national vision, (ii) strengthen the inclusiveness and ownership of process by all stakeholders; iii) promote increased financial contributions from users and the private sector.
The discussions will be informed by presentations from Ethiopia and Rwanda based on existing programmes, policies, institutional arrangements and processes.
